What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is that I have been able to build trust in upper management to be able to make decisions that will better the company and relationships with vendors and customers.
What is your specialty?
I would say my specialty is that I am a very understanding person, and that I am able to adapt to change and make the most out of it good or bad.
What relationships have you built through Baldwin & Shell, and please describe?
I have built a number of relationships with our tool vendors and equipment distributers. I have also built relationships with field and office personnel as well as my staff. I am not the one that built the relationship with UALR (David Malay) but I have tried to keep the relationship strong by doing stuff for the UALR campus (snow and ice Removal).
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
My favorite thing about Baldwin & Shell is the compassion and dedication that we try to give our customers. I think we are a very reputable and show tons of integrity with our clients. It is nice to work for someone with that reputation because you never have to be on defense when you talk to vendors or clients.

I went to ASU Beebe.

Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey
What is your favorite movie?
Hmm… I don’t get to watch much TV being that I have to kids but I would say Lonesome Dove.
What is your favorite sport?
My favorite sport to play is baseball, but I hate to watch it. My favorite sport to watch is college football
What are your hobbies?
I love the outdoors…But my biggest hobby is deer hunting.
What are two things you cannot live without?
My family and church. Both bring so much meaning to life.
What is your most memorable life experience to date?
My most memorable experiences in life so far have been, both my boys being born. And second was going through two tornados in three years while having new born kids. It was such an eye opening experience that shows you how quick something can happen and how it brings friends, work, and the community closer together.
Who do you admire most?
This is a tough one… I think I would have to say first my dad. He has taught me so much about life and how to be a father to my kids, and second my wife, she makes me a better person on a daily basis, and the love that she shows for our kids is amazing.

I grew up in Vilonia, Arkansas

My favorite food is…Pizza

Arkansas Razorback Football and the Saint Louis Cardinals

Yes. I have a female Boxer and her name is Tilly and my wife and kids have a cat and his name is Tubs…notice I said the wife and kids have a cat…lol

Loyal
What was your childhood dream?
To be a professional hunter and taxidermist.

What has been your biggest accomplishment in life?
Bringing Christ back in my life and staying loyal to the same company for going on 15 years.
What motivates you?
My dad and wife are the two people that motivate me the most
