Not only do we have an incredible support system within our office, but Baldwin & Shell enables me to build new relationships each and every day. This is a company that truly cares about being engaged in the community, so whether I am meeting with potential clients, industry partners, or community partners, I am consistently building my personal and professional network.

What is your most memorable life experience to date?
Waiting to hear the results of my campaign for student body president at the University of Arkansas. I was standing on Old Main Lawn with my team, my sorority sisters, and my parents and when the clock struck 5pm, the bell tower started playing the University’s alma mater. I realized in that moment that no matter the result, true leadership is about service to an organization that you love and can bring success to, not about personal gratification or gain.
Who do you admire most?
My dad. He taught me everything I know about people and leadership.

What is something that would surprise people about you?
I really, really dislike vegetables.
What is your favorite food?
Fried chicken. Preferably the good stuff from country gas stations.

What was your childhood dream?
To be a rainbow watcher.
