What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The people at Baldwin & Shell are the best in the business. There is great comradery in the office, and everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Plus, my position allows me to do something I love doing—graphic design—each and every day. I feel so fulfilled to be at Baldwin & Shell.

Graphic design; Writing; Creative Problem Solving
What relationships have you built through Baldwin & Shell, and please describe?
Although my position doesn’t deal directly with clients, relationships within the office are paramount to successfully do my job. Whether it’s project managers, business development, or division presidents, the relationships I’ve built allow me to go grow and learn.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
To be in an industry where I learn something new every day!

What are your hobbies?
I love to paint. I own a small side business where I sell acrylic paintings, custom portraits, and graphic design services. I also love to travel, decorate, watch the Razorbacks, go to concerts, and enjoy the occasional Netflix binge.
What is your most memorable life experience to date?
Marrying my best friend

My husband Tyler and my parents
What is something that would surprise people about you?
My car is always messy. Always.

Do you have any pets? If so, what kind and what are their names?
When I was in college, my family got a Maltese puppy named Brodie. He is now 12 years old and lives with my parents, but I still like to claim him as mine, too!

I’m an artist, so I love color! Impossible to pick just one.

Being confident in myself and my abilities.
