What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the client is happy getting to see their dream project come together.
What is your specialty?
In my construction labor experience, I’ve worked on one junior high school and one parking garage. In my project coordination experience, I’m currently working on an elementary school.
What relationships have you built through Baldwin & Shell, and please describe?
A good working relationship with several employees at A2H Engineers, Architects, and Planners out of Lakeland, TN.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
The problem solving aspect to my job.

What are your hobbies?
Mountain biking, fly fishing, photography, playing guitar.
What are two things you cannot live without?
Good music and good friends.
What is your most memorable life experience to date?
Walking around my elementary school while it was still under construction with my dad. I would then go on to start kindergarten the first year it opened. I still love that I got to watch that project from the ground up right before I started school.
Who do you admire most?
My dad, for teaching me to work on things with my own two hands, whether it’s fixing a vehicle or building a cabin.
Where did you grow up?
The Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas (Springdale, AR to be exact).
What is something that would surprise people about you?
I can play the only two instruments that require all ten fingers (piano and bassoon).

Corned beef and cabbage

What was your childhood dream?
To be an architect and work for Baldwin & Shell Construction (so I accomplished half of that)
What has been your biggest accomplishment in life?
Graduating with a mechanical engineering degree
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Driving slow in the left lane.
What motivates you?
My daily goal is to learn something new everyday, whether it’s learning from a personal success or a personal failure.
