Mostly the team that I work with in North West Arkansas. Specifically the people on the Springdale School District projects, both Baldwin & Shell employees and our liaison to the School. They really made me feel welcome when I first arrived here.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
The elite group of people that I have the pleasure of working with every day. Our company has a grea reputation, and that I am proud to tell people that I work here.
