What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to manage and be involved in the decision making of unique and complex projects. This brings a great sense of achievement once the project is complete.

I’ve developed great relationships with other professionals in the industry. Including Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors, which allow for a mutual understanding of what’s expected from each other on a project.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
My favorite thing would be our people. We are able to talk to our President, VP and others freely and vice versa. We have a great team in NWA!
