- Rookie WIC and WIC of the Year through NAWIC
- Award of Acknowledgement from NAWIC Region 5 for “Katrina Khristmas Kids” for children affected by Hurricane Katrina.
What trade organizations and/or boards are you involved in?
Member and CAD Chairwomen of NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction) and Vice President of the Greater Little Rock Chapter of ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators)
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Working with owners and seeing the excitement that they, and sometimes entire communities, have when a project moves forward. In a large way, we change lives everyday even though a lot of people may not see it.
What relationships have you built through Baldwin & Shell, and please describe?
Too many to list, some of my favorite would be the relationships that I have built in Bryant with the Mayor and the community. Being a part of the vision that the Mayor and School Superintendent have for that community is very rewarding especially when my son looked at me and told me how cool the event was that I had a hand in putting together.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
The people, truly felt like coming home when I came back to work last year
Where have you obtained your education and any degrees?
I have to say 90% of what I have learned has been at Baldwin & Shell University. I do not have a formal degree but I have been blessed to have been taught by some of the best in this company. Really blessed that I have been given the opportunity to learn all that I can and that effort has been recognized.
How have you been involved with community service?
Adult Sponsor for the City of Bryant Mayors Youth Advisory Council for 2017-2018, Dorcas House, Alexander Youth Center, Bryant Robotics, Special Olympics, various City of Bryant events and several others throughout the years when a need arises.
How many children do you have and what are their names?
Two sons, Dylan and Chandler

Anything my son or nephew/nieces play.

Feeling my sons kick for the first time

My family and being someone they can be proud of, I want to be remembered as someone that had determination and never let a situation get the best of me
