Junior League of Little Rock
Type: Renovation | Category: Organization | Square footage: 3,000
This project was a renovation of the 3rd floor of the Junior League of Little Rock building in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas.
The 3rd-floor renovation was the highlight of the capital campaign that saw the ribbon-cutting on the new Non-Profit Center. The previously unused floor was renovated to create the 3,000-square-foot center with individual offices, a conference room, break room, restroom, and work center. New HVAC and electrical systems were incorporated with much of the original construction of the building to create the space. Most of the original walls were left in place, as were the doors, doorframes, door glass, door hardware, and hardwood floors.
