The Riggs CAT Heavy Equipment Superbay facility includes four industrial high-service bays with overhead bridge cranes, a tool storage room, equipment storage mezzanines, and an office expansion. 

This building is a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered metal building. Because of the heavy traffic, the concrete floor is coated with LumiplateTM by BASF, a metallic-aggregate surface hardener ideal for impact resistance. The facility has insulated doors; increased wall insulation, along with sound absorption panels, helps to keep operational noise transfer to a minimum.
