Baldwin & Shell partnered with Sono Bello to bring a modern, patient‑focused surgical center to life at The Promenade Chenal in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Designed to support Sono Bello’s nationally recognized body‑contouring and cosmetic surgery services, this project transformed an existing space into a high‑performance clinical environment tailored for comfort, efficiency, and safety.

The scope included selective interior demolition followed by comprehensive tenant improvements: new partitions, upgraded ceilings, refined finishes, custom millwork, and fully modernized MEPFP systems. Every detail was executed to meet the stringent standards of a premier aesthetic surgery provider, resulting in a sleek, welcoming clinic that enhances the patient experience from consultation to recovery.
