We completed the renovation of the 210-room Wyndham Garden Hotel in South Austin, revitalizing a major hospitality property that had remained vacant for more than a year.

The hotel sits along Interstate 35, just minutes from downtown Austin and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Our team performed a comprehensive cleaning and painting program throughout the facility, restoring guest rooms, corridors, and shared spaces after extended closure. These improvements prepared the hotel for renewed operation and guest use while addressing the wear associated with long-term vacancy.

The project played a key role in returning a prominent South Austin hotel to service following pandemic-related shutdowns and ownership transition.
