This eight‑unit housing project represents the first school district–led housing initiative in Arkansas.

The Lee County School District developed the project to support international educators, including teachers recruited from the Philippines, by providing dedicated housing during their three‑year visa assignments.
The design team planned the project with future growth in mind and evaluated expansion options that allow additional units to be added at a later date. This forward‑looking approach ensures flexibility as the district continues to grow and recruit educators. We were honored to be part of this meaningful project, which provides safe and stable housing for hardworking teachers while supporting the district’s long‑term educational goals.
