The Ally Financial demolition and renovation spanned 1.5 building floors. This includes the complete demolition of all interior walls, ceilings, utilities, and flooring in the client’s space.

New spaces were built back to include offices, training rooms, open offices, collaborative rooms, various meeting rooms, open breakrooms, quiet rooms, wellness rooms, and IT data rooms. Notable features of the project are exposed ceilings, storefront and glass for all office and meeting rooms, sound-deadening partitions, sound-absorbing felt wall coverings, quartz counters and islands, glass marker boards, and writable and stacked wood wall coverings throughout.
