Baldwin & Shell Construction Company completed the first Bank OZK branch in Jonesboro, Arkansas, by converting an existing retail space into a modern banking facility.

The 2,543‑square‑foot branch is located within a high‑traffic strip center and was delivered on an accelerated three‑month schedule. The project transformed a former clothing store into a fully functional bank featuring four private offices, a conference room, a teller area, a workroom, and a break room. Interior finishes include Corian quartz countertops, pendant lighting above the teller stations, porcelain tile flooring in the lobby, and extensive storefront glazing that brings natural light into office spaces.

Locally sourced artwork enhances the interior, while a hand‑painted butterfly mural created by a local artist adds a distinctive visual element to the exterior.
