The D1 Sports Training facility in Cabot involved the interior renovation of an existing metal building to support a modern athletic training environment.

The project transformed the space through selective demolition, new interior wall construction, fresh paint finishes, and the installation of new flooring systems.

The scope of work included updates to plumbing and electrical systems, as well as the integration of new building systems to support daily operations. The renovation also introduced a new entrance point and check‑in desk to improve circulation and user experience.

The finished facility features turf training areas, rolled rubber athletic flooring, netting, and fencing designed to support strength, speed, and performance training. The completed renovation delivers a durable, functional sports training space tailored to the needs of athletes and coaches.
