The largest deck in Arkansas, this University of Arkansas parking deck features 9 levels and 2,149 parking spaces.

The Harmon Avenue parking garage was built using post-tension methods, and the sixty-foot grade differential allowed the structure to be cut into the hillside. A rail-mounted tower crane was utilized to facilitate crane relocation and eliminate the need for two cranes during the project. Intellirock concrete maturity instrumentation was used to allow data to be accessed wirelessly. With entrances and exits located on four levels, this garage is built to provide the highest quality parking and traffic management for its surroundings. The management team resourcefully opened the first 600 spaces of the parking structure while simultaneously completing the remaining levels to provide unsurmounted consideration for the Owner’s needs.
