Our team converted an empty shell space into a new office consisting of open work spaces, conference rooms, a communal break area, and radio recording and editing studios.

This project also consisted of exposed ceilings, curved walls and floors, specialty curved wall caps, epoxy floors, sound walls, specialty HVAC equipment for sound attenuation, and a large server room. The project was completed on time despite challenges with specialty sound attenuation equipment lead times and structural roof modifications for a large satellite.
