Lamplighter Montessori School

The Lamplighter Montessori School addition was constructed at the rear of the campus, adjacent to the existing school building.

Limited site access required construction traffic to move through a narrow path between the school and the playground. The project team managed logistics carefully and implemented strict safety measures to separate construction activities from students, parents, and faculty at all times.

Baldwin & Shell delivered the project on schedule while maintaining uninterrupted school operations. The team also completed the work under the Guaranteed Maximum Price, returning 100 percent of the cost savings to the Owner through a deductive change order at project closeout.
