Completed in early 2021, Lifespan Health consolidated three separate Lifespan Health facilities into one.

This facility offers a full scope of primary and pediatric health care, dental, pharmacy, and women’s health care, including pregnancy and gynecology services. This building is a combination of exam rooms, private offices, conference rooms, triage, ultrasound, labs, nurses’ stations, mental health, and social work. Exterior construction involved new parking, an entrance canopy, metal panels, EIFS, and brick veneer. Due to the complexity of combining three facilities and the multi-purpose nature of this clinic, our team demonstrated a high level of coordination to deliver this project to the client’s expectations.
