Baldwin & Shell provided Pre-construction services starting in the Schematic Design Phase.

Mills High School is a new school sitting on a 33-acre site and includes a new gymnasium, auditorium, baseball stadium, football fieldhouse, and indoor practice facility, as well as preparation for a new softball field. The exterior is a blend of brick masonry, curtain wall and storefront system, and metal wall panels. In addition to the school, a new turning lane was added for easy flow of traffic.
