This project included a full restaurant tenant finish‑out for Press Waffle Company within an existing building at 1424 South Main Street in Little Rock.

The work began with the demolition of the existing demising wall between two suites to create a single, unified space and allow the build‑out of previously unfinished areas. Building upgrades included new plumbing piping and a concrete slab pour, wood framing for new walls and a mezzanine, and the installation of a new rooftop air‑handling unit. Interior improvements featured new plumbing and lighting fixtures, ductwork, and a recirculating ventless hood to support kitchen operations.

Finish work incorporated polished concrete flooring, porcelain and ceramic tile, and epoxy flooring in the prep and kitchen areas. The scope also included overhead painting, exposed ductwork, beadboard‑clad walls, custom-built and stained bar tops and counters, beadboard cabinetry with solid surface tops, patio fencing, and coordination of equipment delivery and installation. Together, these improvements transformed the space into a fully functional, purpose‑built restaurant environment.
