The Splash Car Wash & Oil Change facility in Benton, Arkansas, is a 12,750‑square‑foot automotive service center designed to support high‑volume vehicle care. 

The building includes an automated car wash lane, detailing stations, and two oil change bays, along with 18 vacuum stations and a large on‑site parking lot to accommodate customer flow. The exterior features new storefront glazing, a stucco finish, and a single‑sloped roof system utilizing standing seam metal and membrane roofing. These elements create a clean, modern appearance while supporting long‑term durability and performance.

An Early Site Package prepared the site for construction and included grading, a new sanitary sewer service extension, storm sewer piping, and the relocation of existing water main and fiber optic lines. These improvements ensured proper infrastructure and site readiness prior to vertical construction.

This project marks the first Splash Car Wash completed by Baldwin & Shell and helped establish a foundation for future developments. Since then, Baldwin & Shell has completed multiple Splash Car Wash and Oil Change facilities across various locations, reflecting a growing partnership and repeat‑client trust.
