This facility consisted of ground-up construction of a parking deck and an office building off of Spring Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The Spring Street Parking Deck is a four-level concrete deck structure with 236 parking spaces, with a combination of a Corten Steel panel screen system and living “Green Screen” walls at select areas. The project also included a 3-story, 16,400-square-foot office building for the administration offices of Walton Arts Center.
