Swetnam cosmetics

This project consisted of a 2nd-floor tenant infill of a Cosmetic Surgery Clinic of procedure rooms, exam rooms, aesthetic rooms, consultation rooms, offices, and nurses’ stations.
The work included tapping into the existing shell HVAC and electrical systems, new electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler service. The project included high-end finishes, millwork, and fixtures. We worked directly through the Ownership group and Architect. The most important elements of the project were coordinating the work above existing and sensitive tenants and keeping to a quick schedule of 20 weeks to get the client out of their existing lease and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the business to open for their clients without any interruptions in appointments. The 20-week schedule was aggressive and challenging, but with a total team effort on the Baldwin & Shell side, collaborating with the subcontractors, and working with a very helpful Owner and hands-on Architect, the project was a success.
