Chris started his career at Baldwin & Shell in 2006 and has more than 13 years of industry experience. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
“Chris is a valuable asset and will strengthen and standardize our Project Management procedures throughout the Division so that we can better serve our clients,” said Bobby Gosser, President, Central Arkansas Division.
In his previous position as Project Manager, Chris led Baldwin & Shell construction teams in the completion of numerous K-12 schools and higher education facilities such as the South Arkansas Community College Health Sciences Building in El Dorado. Recently, he managed projects for the Bryant School District, including a new bus and maintenance facility and Junior High School.
In his new position as Senior Project Manager, Chris will lead a team of 8-10 project management personnel and will continue to be instrumental to the expansion of Baldwin & Shell's business. Chris resides in Sheridan, Arkansas with his wife, Micki and their two sons.
Chris’s accomplishments and professional history include:
- 13 years of project management experience.
- 12 years of experience in estimating, including: quantity takeoff, coordination of bid day, and subcontract preparation and execution.
- Certified Construction Document Technologist by CSI.
