Morris has 27 years of industry experience and has served as project superintendent for the firm’s clients in higher education, performing arts, athletic facilities, medical, and office buildings. He has supervised recent projects such as the nationally recognized professional theatre, TheatreSquared, and the award winning Vol-Walker Hall & Steven L. Anderson Design Center located at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
In his new position as General Superintendent, Morris will lead a team of 13 superintendents and ensure that projects progress as promised while maintaining the highest safety and quality control standards. Morris will also work with management on complex construction issues and provide support to each project superintendent.

Morris is a member of the Baldwin & Shell Associates Board and resides in Huntsville, Arkansas with his wife, Sheila and their two sons.
