Baldwin & Shell’s Construction Services Team was formed in 1990 to bring our general contracting skills and project management expertise to the unique challenges of smaller-scale and interior construction projects.

Baldwin & Shell’s Construction Services Team oversees renovations, tenant build-outs, additions and new construction projects with efficiency, flexibility and sensitivity to client needs. Work includes commercial offices, corporate headquarters, law offices, data centers and healthcare facilities.

From full, multi-floor demolition and remodeling to luxury finishing work, this team offers a full range of services and capabilities including pre-construction, general construction, construction management, sustainable construction and Building Information Modeling (BIM), and allows Baldwin & Shell to give superior services to specifically suit clients’ needs.

The Construction Services Team has a dedicated team of project managers, estimators and highly skilled field personnel who have decades of experience working in projects that must remain open and operational during construction.
