In 1992, Baldwin & Shell opened its Northwest Arkansas office with fewer than 5 employees. In the decades since, we have grown to more than 40 full-time employees working out of our Springdale office, cultivating excellent relationships with subcontractors, architects, vendors in the community.

From planning and pre-construction through building completion, each person on our Northwest Arkansas team is committed to providing the highest quality construction services. We look forward to being part of your next construction project.
