Being a part of a successfully constructed project. I love driving by completed jobs from the past and remembering the details and team members that helped build it.

Managing small details while still moving forward toward the bigger goal.

I enjoy building and deepening relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and co-workers. Relationships are very important in this industry.

Being a part of a team where all the members believe in teamwork and quality serivce.

Studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas

Anyone who works hard for success then gives back to the community. Balance between ambition and compassion is very hard to achieve.

During college, I was a lead operator on the night shift at a turkey factory
