What is the most rewarding part of your job?
A returning customer doesn’t matter how large or small.
What is your specialty?
Client Services. Service/Maintenance and small remodels.
What relationships have you built through Baldwin & Shell, and please describe?
I have met so many new customers, subcontractors, facility maintenance people, and co-workers. I’m really excited to be involved in building those and many more new relationships.
What is your favorite thing about working at Baldwin & Shell?
Getting to see the “finished product” and a happy client.
What is your spouse’s name?
Matt Smith. He’s a Superintendent for Baldwin & Shell.
How many children do you have and what are their names?
Daughter Morgan and (2) bonus young adults, Lucas (Cheri, Levi, and Caris) and Kayla (Jaityn and Aubrey).
What is your favorite book?
I’m more of an information-type reader. Short and to the point. I do enjoy American History books, especially on our Founding Fathers or historical landmarks/events.
What is your favorite movie?
Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz.
What is your most memorable life experience to date?
I’ve been lucky to have had so many wonderful experiences, but the top (2) would be the birth of my daughter and marrying my best friend.
Who do you admire most?
I’ve had so many awesome mentors in my life, but my parents, husband, and daughter are tops.
What is something that would surprise people about you?
I spent 16 years, hands-on, in the livestock industry. In my younger days, I played all woodwind instruments and in 9th grade sat in with the Arkansas State Symphony and UALR Wind Ensemble when they needed a backup on oboe.
What is your favorite food?
A juicy ribeye and crab-legs.

Do you have any pets?
If so, what kind and what are their names? Roscoe the Raccoon (yes, raccoon) and Pitch the black Lab.

Passionate
What was your childhood dream?
To be a High School Band Director or Defense Attorney.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Don’t get me started on slow left lane drivers. The right-hand lane is for vacationing, the left is for working.

Happy clients, both internal and external.
