The building consists of the school's College of Business, the Arkansas Small Business Development Center, and the Institute for Economic Advancement. This building serves the college's undergraduate business majors and BA students as well as members of the business community and the public. Students are instructed in state-of-the-art classrooms which are scattered throughout the building, increasing chances of interaction among students and the various agencies housed there.
