This project was a renovation of the 3rd-floor of the Junior League of Little Rock building in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas.

The 3rd-floor renovation of was the highlight of the capital campaign that saw the ribbon cutting on the new Non-Profit Center. The previously unused floor was renovated to create the 3,000 square foot center with individual offices, a conference room, break room, restroom and work center. New HVAC and electrical systems were incorporated with much of the original construction of the building to create the space. Most of the original walls were left in place, as was the doors, doorframes, door glass, door hardware, and hardwood floors.
